HOW TO ORDER

Most of our customers request a quote from us, indicating what items they're considering purchasing. Our proposals include the cost of the products as well as the cost to build and pack the crate for each order and the cost to ship it. We will honor the price of our merchandise for 90 days after the provision of the quote, but because of the volatility of fuel and other shipping costs, we can only guarantee a shipping quote for 30 days. We are always happy to provide a new quote.


We invoice when an order has been safely delivered and request payment within 30 days. We accept payment via check and ACH; we also accept payment via credit card, but append the 3% card processing fee.


We maintain a stock of spare parts (Donkey and Stack feet, afterthought casters for Slopes) and are happy to send those via UPS (your account or ours).


Products with moving parts (easels and taborets) are guaran-teed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years after the date of delivery. Tables and donkeys are guaranteed for five years. But please contact us if you experience any issues with Barnesville equipment—we have easels still in use after 20+ years, and we aim to keep them that way.
