The Barnesville Clip

The
adjustable clip that holds the stretched canvas, drawing
board, or pad in place while an artist works. It is cast
aluminum with high magnesium content for extra strength.
The 1/4” diameter steel
bolt tightens the clip firmly, yet securely. An internally
lubricated Nylatron™ bushing prevents metal to metal
contact. The Barnesville Clip is extremely reliable–it
will hold the heaviest stretcher firmly in place, yet is
easy to adjust. Plus, it has no parts that can come loose
or get lost. |

Stak Easel™
The Stak Easel™ was designed especially for
art schools in 1950. We have made significant modifications, but
the basic design, a sturdy, well-balanced, and rigid easel, able
to be stacked in “nests’ remains the same. (storage pics)
The easel
accommodates work from about 9” x 18 “ to about 100” x
72”. The moving parts are “captive” meaning that
they do not come off and get lost.
The Stack Easel™ is a genuine two post easel.
The Third Clip (Optional)
The
third Barnesville Clip shown on the rear bar is optional. It's
great to hold a canvas or board at an angle.
Due to the cost of the high magnesium
alloy used in the castings, we now supply only two clips. The
third clip allows the rear leg to support work at a slant-a
useful feature for washes and glazes. The third clip is available as an option-add
$25.
